Protocol Plus is the brainchild of Lord Palmer and Heather Pickering.
Lord Palmer is one of the 92 surviving hereditary peers in the House of Lords. His easy charm and impeccable manners provide the benchmark for courtesy, to which clients may aspire, and achieve by drawing on his expertise.
Heather Pickering has spent much of her life in public relations, event organising and heritage promotion. She has advised and guided clients in the etiquette of formal occasions and public events, particularly those from overseas unfamiliar with the British way of life.
Venues
Tuition can be provided in the client's home, office, or a local hotel. Discretion and confidentiality are guaranteed. We will advise on a one-to-one basis or in a small group.
