Protocol Plus courses and personal tuition are designed to meet individual requirements. We cover many aspect of correct behaviour and social skills in a variety of situations;
Protocol Plus is the brainchild of Lord Palmer, and Heather Pickering.
The Lord Palmer is one of the 92 surviving hereditary peers in the reformed House of Lords. His easy charm and impeccable manners provide the benchmark for courtesy, to which clients may aspire, and achieve, by drawing on his expertise.
Heather Pickering has spent much of her life in public relations, event organising and heritage promotion. She has advised and guided clients in the etiquette of formal occasions and public events, particularly those from overseas unfamiliar with the British way of life.
Venues
Tuition can be given in the client's home, office, or a local hotel. Discretion and confidentiality are guaranteed. We will advise on a one-to-one basis or in a small group.
Cost
The cost of tuition depends on length of time required, number of people in a group, and location.
